Shipping & returns

No surprises. Here is exactly how your order ships, and what happens if you need to send something back.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment clearing.
  • Standard shipping is tracked and arrives in 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $150.
  • Express shipping is tracked and arrives in 1–2 business days.
  • Every order ships with tracking. You get the number by email the moment it is assigned.
  • We ship within the United States. Addresses are shipped exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check them.

Returns

  • Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Fragrance must be sealed and unused. Opened fragrance cannot be resold and is not returnable.
  • Email us with your order number to start a return. We reply with return instructions within one business day.
  • Return shipping is covered by us when the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.
  • Banks usually post refunds within 5–10 business days.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Secure checkout

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
  • Every order gets an emailed receipt with the order number and full item list.
  • Questions about an order? Reply to your confirmation email and it reaches us directly.
