VAULTÉ started with a simple obsession: finding the fragrance, jewelry and everyday pieces that make people feel like the best version of themselves — and getting them into their hands without the boutique mark-up.
Why we do this
We are a small, independent team. There is no call centre and no faceless brand behind us — just a handful of people who genuinely love this stuff, sourcing carefully and packing orders by hand.
The favourite part of the job is seeing our customers happy: photos of a chain layered exactly right, a fragrance that became someone's signature, a gift that landed perfectly. Watching people wear our pieces and feel confident in them is the reason we keep restocking.
So we keep the range tight, the quality high and the pricing honest. If a piece would not make us feel good wearing it, it never makes the shelf.
